Jeff Jackson co- founded and chaired one of the Nation's largest independently owned residential appraisal and consulting firms in the 1990's. As a certified appraiser and pioneer in the field of automated valuation modeling he created the first database of NYC residential properties. This database, and the subsequent valuation tools, rapidly became the industry standard for nearly all the major lenders, brokerages and law firms transacting in the metropolitan NY area. Jeff's firm specialized in high-end townhouses, single and multi family dwellings, cooperative and condominium apartments. Jeff is a competent and knowledgeable real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate and real estate appraisal.

Jeff Jackson is a NY and CT Certified Appraiser and is currently a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors, Greenwich Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors (NAR) and the Connecticut Board of Realtors (CAR).
